Lead Consultant Atlassian Cloud Transformation (m/f/d)

Do you want to design complex Atlassian Cloud transformations and be responsible for cloud architectures that really work for demanding customers? As a Lead Consultant, you will take on overall technical responsibility for complex projects – from the target architecture to successful implementation. Working closely with project managers, you will steer the content of projects, make key architectural decisions and ensure that our customers are successful with scalable, secure and future-proof cloud solutions.

Your responsibilities

You will assume overall technical responsibility for complex Atlassian Cloud transformation projects and be the key figure in architectural decisions.
You will analyse existing Atlassian and tool landscapes as well as adjacent systems in order to design viable cloud target architectures.
You will develop cloud architectures, including integrations, security and authorisation concepts, taking operational models into account.
You will actively design migration and transformation strategies for demanding customer scenarios and be responsible for their technical implementation.
You will provide technical guidance to consultants, set the direction in terms of content and ensure that architectural decisions are implemented consistently and standards are adhered to.
You will coordinate closely and purposefully with project managers on planning, risks and customer communication.
You will manage external partners and offshore teams and ensure compliance with the agreed architecture principles.
You will actively contribute to the further development of our Atlassian Cloud architecture and solution concepts in order to continuously strengthen our expertise.

Your profile

You have several years of experience (6+) in designing and implementing complex Atlassian solutions.
You have a deep understanding of Atlassian Cloud and cloud architectures.
You have planned and successfully implemented cloud migrations in complex environments.
You are experienced in integration scenarios, security and authorisation concepts, and operating models.
You have experience in the technical management of consultants or architects.
You explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way and confidently defend decisions.
You are characterised by high quality standards and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
Your very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2) enable you to work with international teams.
