Through formats like the ostec.ai Co-Creation Day, functional AI use cases are developed in focused iterations alongside partners and customers, bringing new technologies directly into application.

Your responsibilities

Architecture & Responsibility: Taking project ownership within the ostec developer team and collaborating with clients’ in-house experts.
Project Depth: Strategic evolution of existing applications and creation of tailored solutions for diverse client projects.
Frontend & Backend: Development of complex UIs with modern frameworks and design of scalable backend architectures.
AI-Enabling: Evaluation and use of AI tools to reduce cognitive load, boost code quality, and focus on complex logic.
Tech Leadership: Knowledge sharing within the crew of 20+and defining the future stack of software development at ostec.

Your profile

5+ years of experience in complex fullstack projects.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in JS/TS and deep API design knowledge (REST/GraphQL).
AI Native: Power user of AI dev tools and efficient in prompt engineering.
Organization: Commitment to Holacracy and self-organized, agile workflows.
Languages: German (C1) and English (B2).
