Your responsibilities

Design/configuration/operation of Cloud&Heat’s network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, servers)
Ensuring data center operation and updating the solutions and products used
Support and further development of the server/network infrastructure, including security architecture and data backup
Collaboration in optimizing the system environment in the hardware and software environment
Collaboration in IT projects
Customer service/consulting for customer inquiries
1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support

Your profile

Training and/or degree in computer science or comparable qualification
Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems (especially Linux-based systems)
Comprehensive knowledge of network technology (routing, firewall, VLAN, VPN)
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Bash, and automation tools such as Ansible
Understanding of complex system structures
Communication and teamwork skills, reliability, and commitment
Knowledge in the field of SDN and current NOS is advantageous.
